Great brunch!! A little on the pricey side when you have to pay extra even for toast or potatoes, but I love the brunch options and how there’s some change in the menu (e.g. the frittata is always “chef’s special”— when I went it was jerk chicken & mozzarella)

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kingston! I have been there numerous times and the food is always excellent. Firstly, the focaccia bread that they put out to start is to die for. It is served with fig infused balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil from the Kingston Olive Oil Co. - I always eat more than I'd like to admit!

Loved the beet salad!! Great portions of each ingredient and a light, fresh dressing.

2 burgers 1 fries 2 pops $46. Absolutely absurd for ground beef and one order of potatoes. The food wasn't even any good. Not rustic spud, more like "rustic dumps."

Lots to recommend here! The food is delicious and reasonably priced (shout out for the steak with quail egg), and the atmosphere welcoming. Lots of options on the menu, with a casual flair. You aren't likely to go wrong with any choice.

Met a nice nurse at the Kingston Hospital who told us about this place. It's only a few minutes away so we checked it out. Not too easy finding parking but the place is nice, clean, and not too big. I had their "Wrapatouille" . It was really good. Also ordered the Mexican soup, which was not spicy (they told us that) but very flavourful. Side of Rustic Garden Salad came fresh and tasty. Overall, very nice!

The food is fantastic, the service is fast and friendly and the restaurant is in a historic and interesting building. Convenient parking right in front. Close to downtown Kingston.

We went for a 730 dinner and our booth was dark and the atmosphere was loud. But the food was very good.

AMAZING!I scraped the last bits of Four Cheese Artichoke dip out. So good!I devoured my burger. The Logan Smash with added smoked bacon and crispy onions - oh my! - and the fresh slices of jalapeno had just the right heat, and the chipotle mayo, just wow. The fries were delicious!Mike had the Seared Sirlion steak, which had a fried quail's egg on top - this restaurant cares as much about flavour, texture and taste as much as presentation!Deep fried New York style cheesecake, how sweet it was!Will we come back? YES!!! If I could afford it, I'd eat here everyday - and probably order the burgers every time, they were THAT tasty!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is amazing and the quality is like no other. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I love the Dips and fries. If you are downtown this Gem is worth a visit.

Awesome experience! Last time we were in Kingston we wanted to try it but we didnt reserve and it was full. I know why now, the food is excellent, very tasty and excellent service. It's a must in Kingston.

Family loves this place. Joel the owner is amazing, and the food is incredible. Try the short rib, it's actually epic! 5 stars! Cheers.

Fabulous beet salad!! Really big portions of all of the listed ingredients, too.The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and attended the table just often enough.I definitely recommend a visit here.

Great location for some great food. We had a party of 18 people today and the staff handled us very well. They were friendly and very patient with us. The food was also very delicious and was everything you'd expect. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a place to eat.

The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. This was my first time there, and I will be back for sure. As we looked at what other tables were ordering we know there are a lot of things we want to try next.

The food here is wonderful quality and delicious. I enjoyed my meal and hope to return soon.

Haven't been for a while and wanted a cozy spot for lunch and what a great choice. Cozy, great service, great food! I had the Chef's Mussels. They were fabulous. Amber was extremely attentive and made the afternoon an absolutely delight. Again, great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Thank you!

Service was great!! The dip was good as well . However drinks weren’t fantastic and wasn’t a huge fan of our main dishes. We had the short ribs. (Found them to be a little dry) I had heard amazing reviews about this place but it wasn’t what I was expecting food wise !

Great food and good selection of craft beers!!!! Service is very good too!!!!Only drawback is that it can get a little loud when it is full due to the "compactness" of the restaurant. Staff are very friendly.Would highly recommend the burger and fries. Also has a great happy hour every day from 200 to 600!!!!

Our absolute favourite restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and sociable, the food is devastatingly good, and the servers are genuine and friendly. One of the best dishes they have going for them is the 'sweet potato gnocchi' that they make in-house every day, however there's yet to be a meal we haven't absolutely loved. There are plenty of options, including a variety of vegetarian dishes. If you have dietary restrictions, the kitchen staff is always happy to accommodate.

Everything from the food to the service was fantastic. Brit our server was perfect and made great recommendations. Even though it was really busy they still squeezed my grandma and I in and were so grateful they did. Definitely will have to come back and try something different the next time I’m in Kingston.

The patio of Donaleighs was full but not jammed in a sunny, breezy Friday afternoon and we were able to sit outside on the charming patio. Ambiance was great, service was friendly and helpful with beer recommendations.Even better we had a lovely chat with some Barrie locals at then next table

This is an awesome place, rustic is definitely how the atmosphere is and the food is off the wall. The staff is amazing i will definitely be back.

Amazing food and staff...great hidden gem.

We went because if the race reviews.... and I must say it wasnt all that amazing. The chicken skewers fir the appetizers were not going and dinner was just ok. Service was fine.
